Price of the house and Value of the house are two different things and this should be clear with the seller as well as the buyer. Price is the money that the seller wants for the house and Value is something that is affected by various things like the condition of the house, its neighborhood, and features and where it stands in respect to other such properties etc. If the seller cans mange to have a good value of the house, there are chances that he will be able to attract more buyers who will be able to pay what the seller asks for.
The value of the house can be improved by taking care of certain things such as:

- A renovation in the structure of the house will also be helpful when it come to the selling of house as it will help in making the house much more attractive. But it is not wise to spend any extra amount on renovation than what you can expect to get back in the price of the house.
