Low-income homebuyers are highly benefited with the Rural Housing Authority (RHA). It is a section of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). They sanction loans directly to the low and middle-income buyers unlike the above organizations, which only help the buyers acquiring a loan.

Veteran’s Administration Home Loans
These loans are meant for the military pros and their consorts. The veteran administration only endorses the low and middle-income homebuyers and helping them get a loan from the lenders. The buyers should meet the eligibility criteria and they are expected to apply for the loan backed with eligibility certificates.
