San Diego is a coastal city in California with an overwhelming population that has caused it to be designated as one of the largest cities in the country. The country is economically very developed with its economic sector prospering in several fields of work, starting from agriculture and biotechnology to telecommunication and tourism. The tourism sector is one of the largest sectors of the city. That is again explained by the fact that it is a coastal city, however, it is worth mentioning that the entertainment and accommodation facility of the city also plays a major role. With numerous tourists, there is basically no competition in the tourism industry, which is why many real estate buyers end up getting involved in the tourism sector of the city.
A few years back, the real estate sale in San Diego was rising like anything, which ultimately had a bad impact due to which real estate buyers stopped investing their money into the city.
