This San Diego based real estate company included this offer in their agenda this month as an after effect of the courts annulment of the same-sex weddings. The promotional offer that they’re making is very lucrative indeed and they are calling it the Pride Promotion. The amazing thing about this promotional offer is that Wellsford will be using their services to pay for the wedding reception or honeymoon if the same-couples purchase homes, condos or vacation homes.

Michelle Koert from Wellsford Realty said that, through this offer they are showing their appreciation for customers. Wellsford understands the need for security and happiness that the domestic partners are always searching for and by investing in a home they want to achieve it.
